* Students who are members of the DGGV can apply for a travel allowance of 50 EUR on-site.

 

Early bird: The early bird fee is valid for registration and payment until 20 July 2023.

On-site: The on-site fee is valid for payment on-site in Berlin from 28 August 2023.

Conference Dinner: 50 EUR | PhD/Doctoral Students: 40 EUR

Price: Regular = 50 EUR // PhD and Doctoral Students = 40 EUR

 

Terms of registration and cancellation

• The registration of participation is binding.
• If you have to cancel the registration, you get 80% back until 30 days before the start of the event. In all other cases, the financial responsibilities of the participants remain fully effective.
• Tickets for the conference dinner and fees for field trips will not be reimbursed (unless the field trip is cancelled).
• The participation fees are owed upon registration and are payable within 7 days following submission of the registration (but not later than 7 days before the starting day of the event).
• Participation is not guaranteed until full payment of the registration fee is received.
• The conference program may be subject to changes.
• Registrations remain valid if the conference has to be altered to a virtual meeting.

 

Please note the following additional information concerning data protection:

• At our conference you will be asked to wear a name badge.
• Furthermore, photos might be taken or films shot, members of the press might attend. Upon request we will gladly provide you with more details, or ask us on-site during the event.
• I agree to be informed about all matters of this conference by the organizers via e-mail.

 

The conference fee can be reduced by becoming a member of the DGGV.

Wir weisen darauf hin, dass während der gesamten Veranstaltung fotografiert wird. Eine Fotogalerie wird im Nachgang allen Teilnehmern zur Verfügung gestellt. Außerdem werden die täglichen Plenardiskussionen in Bild und Ton aufgezeichnet. Die Bild- und Tonaufnahmen werden zum Teil auf den Webseiten der DGGV, BGR und FU Berlin sowie bei YouTube im „GeoChannel“ der BGR und bei LinkedIn veröffentlicht.
